ISB’s YLP (Young Leaders Programme, the older deferred MBA) was discontinued in 2024. The current program for early-career candidates is ISB PGP YL — a 20-month full-time residential MBA-equivalent. The inaugural PGP YL batch (2025–27) is still to be placed as the program is due to be completed in 2027. The Summer placements for the inaugral batch was nothn=ing less than promising. ISB’s flagship PGP has an average salary of ₹34.21 LPA for Class of 2024. Top recruiters for the summer internship for the inaugural cohort included consulting firms, technology companies, and financial services. Program cost is ₹29.69 lakh including GST, with 40–50% of students receiving financial aid.
