I’m looking for actual numbers or estimates about how many YLP applicants get admitted.

ISB’s YLP (Young Leaders Programme, the older deferred MBA) was discontinued in 2024, so no current acceptance rate applies. The replacement program is ISB PGP YL, a 20-month full-time residential MBA-equivalent for candidates with 0–24 months of work experience, including final-year students. PGP YL does not publicly disclose its acceptance rate, but the inaugural class admitted a smaller cohort than flagship PGP, estimated at around 200–250 students, from a specialised applicant pool of fresh graduates and early-career professionals. Admitted class averages: GMAT around 720, GRE around 328. Selection weighs academic record (10th, 12th, and undergraduate performance), test score, essay quality, and interview performance. The program accepts GMAT, GRE, or CAT. Application cycles run in two rounds per year, with Round 1 offering better scholarship positioning. The functional acceptance rate is estimated in the 10–20% range depending on cycle and applicant pool. Full PGP YL details at https://www.goalisb.com/isb-pgp-yl.
