A terminology clarification first: ISB discontinued the older YLP (Young Leaders Programme, a deferred MBA) in 2024. What exists now is PGP YL — a 20-month full-time residential MBA-equivalent program for candidates with up to 2 years of work experience, including final-year students. PGP YL runs at ISB Hyderabad with the same faculty as the flagship PGP, an average GMAT around 720 in the admitted cohort, and a program cost of ₹29.69 lakh including GST.
