I don’t have an extraordinary profile and want to know if I still have a chance at ISB.

Academic averageness alone does not disqualify a candidate from ISB. The admissions process weighs GMAT/GRE scores alongside academic record, work experience quality, essays, recommendations, and interview performance. Candidates with average percentages in undergrad regularly secure admits if their professional record, leadership experience, and goal clarity are strong. That said, very weak academics — with no compensating professional achievement — create friction during shortlisting, because ISB wants to ensure you can handle a quantitatively demanding one-year curriculum. The practical fix is not to hide weak academics but to offset them: a strong GMAT (695+), a clear progression story at work, and essays that demonstrate analytical maturity. For candidates with non-traditional or mixed academic records, the approach to profile positioning is covered in detail at removed link
