PGPEM (Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management) at IIM Bangalore is a two-year part-time MBA-equivalent program for working professionals. Classes are held on weekends (Fridays post lunch and Saturdays) at the IIMB campus, allowing participants to continue working while studying. Eligibility requires a minimum of 4 years of full-time work experience post-graduation. The program accepts four test scores: CAT, GMAT, GRE, or the IIMB Test (a proprietary exam conducted twice a year for busy professionals who cannot prepare for standard tests). Total fee is approximately ₹20.11 lakh. PGPEM does not offer campus placements — the program is designed for professionals already employed who want to upgrade skills, pursue internal promotion, or switch roles through networking rather than through on-campus recruitment. Participants can choose electives from PGPEM, the two-year PGP, EPGP, and PGPBA, giving exceptional breadth. The program holds EQUIS accreditation.
