These programs accept candidates of any age, but the cohort composition skews younger. At 27 with 4–5 years of experience, better-aligned options are IIM Ahmedabad PGPX (average age around 32), IIM Bangalore EPGP (5–12 years experience), IIM Calcutta MBAEx (5+ years), and IIM Lucknow IPMX (5+ years), all one-year executive MBAs designed for this career stage.
